Amogy is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead pilot and deployment projects in Korea, bridging technical execution with project oversight. This role will serve as the primary interface with engineering partners, ensuring alignment on technical scope, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings deep engineering expertise and project execution experience, particularly in power systems or industrial scale process system design, along with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage technical interfaces across systems, drive execution readiness, and support regulatory approvals. Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required. This position is based in Pangyo with flexibility, and involves frequent domestic travel and occasional trips to the US
What You’ll Be Doing - Project Engineering & Management Oversight
- Act as a technical lead for pilot and deployment projects in Korea
- Coordinate review and integration of engineering deliverables from internal teams and external partners
- Monitor technical interfaces between Amogy’s product and site infrastructure
- Communicate internal schedule, and hold partners accountable to the project schedule and budget
- Partner Engagement & Scope Negotiation
- Serve as Amogy’s primary interface with Korean engineering and EPC partners
- Lead negotiations on technical scope, delivery timelines, and roles/responsibilities to ensure alignment with Amogy’s interests
- Identify and resolve technical misalignments early by fostering clear, structured communication
- Project Execution & Regulatory Support
- Work closely with Amogy internal engineering team to drive execution readiness, procurement planning, and scheduling
- Support site readiness and compliance with local regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate technical inputs required for permits and approvals in Korea
Requirements
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in power generation systems, EPC project execution,
- Proven experience managing project or engineering related works with third-party engineering firms, EPCs, vendors or customers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate technical scope and advocate for Amogy’s project success
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting regulatory approval processes or working with Korean regulatory authorities preferred
