The Aircraft Dynamics Engineer will be responsible for both aeroelastic and aeroservoelastic analysis for fixed-wing and vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft. The engineer will work closely with the Flight Science and Structures teams to feed analysis results into aircraft design loops. You will work with various system experts (such as Motors, Flight Controls, etc.) to ensure that aircraft capability is accurately captured in dynamic analyses. You will collaborate with the Certification team to ensure aeroelastic analysis and design methods align with certification requirements and drive component and aircraft-level test definition. The engineer will need to understand the aircraft at an architecture level to support the effective design and optimization of next-generation electric aircraft.
