Purpose Driven Position
Reporting to and working closely with the Global Director of Technical Services, the Technical Services Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring customer success through implementation and providing ongoing technical support throughout the customer journey for CarbonCure customers in the Mexico region.
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, project management and technical skills, along with a background in technical sales and customer service. Training will be provided on technical standards. Overall, CarbonCure is looking for someone who is fully dedicated to ensuring customer success as a fundamental aspect of their role.
