About CarbonCure Technologies
CarbonCure Technologies is a fast-growing carbon utilization technology company on a mission to reduce embodied carbon in new concrete construction. Purpose-Driven Position
We are looking for a Head of Market Development & Specification for our North American region. This position will focus on promoting the adoption of low-carbon concrete by educating and influencing key decision-makers involved in specifications and approvals. Unlike traditional sales roles, success in this position will be measured by the adoption of CarbonCure's technology and increased production volumes from customers, achieved through approvals from Departments of Transportation (DOTs), acceptance into specifications, and demand generated by stakeholders such as architects, engineers, specifiers, and large end-users.
The responsibilities of this role include educating and engaging key stakeholders, such as corporate sustainability leaders, developers, designers, builders, regulators, and policymakers, to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon concrete.
The ideal candidate will be a respected voice in the industry, offering both technical credibility and a strong executive presence. This role will have a significant market impact and will be externally focused, collaborating closely with the North American Sales team and external partners to transform project-specific customers into long-term partners.
