As the Operations Systems Lead, you’ll work our industrial operations teams to identify the best-fit digital solutions—whether off-the-shelf or custom-built—to fuel our growth and enhance our processes. Technical Versatility: Experience in data engineering, software development, data science, or optimization is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: A background in handling data within chemistry, engineering, or industrial settings.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead Digital Systems Implementation: Identify, select, and integrate digital systems to empower and streamline operations and maintenance teams.
Engage with Vendors: Develop deep insights into the vendor landscape to bring the best solutions to our digital architecture.
Build Knowledge-Driven Platforms: Shape the architecture and design of digital tools that underpin our organizational knowledge and drive informed decision-making.
Collaborate and Integrate: Work alongside engineers, digital teams, and operations to create comprehensive solutions that elevate our processes.
