What You Bring:
- Systems Engineering Mastery: Proven expertise in architecture, requirements management, iterative approaches, and familiarity with MBSE and agile methods.
- Project Leadership: Experience leading complex technical projects with significant business outcomes in agile environments.
- System Building and Best Practices: Skilled in establishing and implementing system engineering practices across an organization.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with mining, chemical, engineering, or industrial systems, with a focus on chemical and process engineering as a bonus.
- Human-Centred Design: A plus if you bring knowledge in user-centered approaches that optimize experiences and outcomes.
- Data-Driven Development: Proficiency in leveraging data, modelling, and simulation to fast-track innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Drive System Engineering: Spearhead the implementation of engineering practices that propel critical projects and ensure seamless, agile development.
- Build Tools and Guidelines: Develop tools and establish guidelines that create consistency, speed, and quality across system engineering practices.
- Architect and Design: Shape the design and architecture of Paebbl’s technologies and products, contributing to the innovation core.
- Mentor and Champion: Guide and inspire system engineers within our digital teams, promoting best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage with engineers, scientists, and business leaders to drive cross-functional, knowledge-based solutions.
