Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 to create a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy products, making them more sustainable and driving down the cost for batteries. We’re doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain.

Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems and Analytics

The Redwood Materials Inventory and Operations Planning team is seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our supply chain systems and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain operations and a proven track record of leveraging data analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

Support the implementation and integration of supply chain management systems, and act as a liaison to translate business requirements and processes into system functionalities.
Utilize advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, operations, logistics, and finance to provide support across business units.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within our supply chain network, leveraging analytics to enhance decision making.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, systems implementations, and analytics.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, technologies, and best practices.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle), business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and supply chain software.
Willing to travel between Redwood locations as needed.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
