Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2019, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide specialized support for solar and battery storage systems across various field locations. In this role, you will travel weekly to manage daily work requests, perform equipment checks, and execute maintenance tasks with minimal oversight in a dynamic and scrappy startup environment.
This position requires strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, attention to quality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You will be responsible for keeping systems running, diagnosing and resolving on-site issues, and working closely with operations and engineering teams to drive issues to resolution.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
