Role Summary
Der Service-Techniker ist verantwortlich für die herausragende Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen, sowohl intern als auch extern an unseren Service-Standorten. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über technisches Know-how und exzellente Kundenbetreuungsfähigkeiten. Wir suchen jemanden, der sich schnell anpassen kann, eine proaktive Einstellung mitbringt, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzt und eine Leidenschaft für Herausforderungen hat. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern zur Unterstützung von Serviceanfragen und die Koordination mit unseren Teams für Service, Fahrzeuge, Lieferungen und Feldservice-Ingenieure. Diese Rolle erfordert einen dynamischen und einfallsreichen Führungsperson, der eine Kultur kontinuierlicher Verbesserung fördert, um Service-Teams und Kunden innerhalb unseres Servicezentrums optimal zu unterstützen. Erfahrung im Automobilbereich, Prozessstandardisierung, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Eskalationsmanagement sind von Vorteil.
Responsibilities
Aufgaben:

- Anfangs Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Erprobung von Vorserienfahrzeugen \n
- Unterstützung verschiedener Teams der Organisation und Unterstützung bei der Herstellung der Vorserienfahrzeuge \n
- Verbesserung der Effizienz von Serviceabläufen, ohne die Qualität und Sicherheit der Reparatur zu beeinträchtigen \n
- Unterstützung bei Kampagnen und Produktverbesserungen \n
- Kollaborative Einstellung und Teamgeist in einem sich ständig verändernden, dynamischen Umfeld \n
- Servicemaßnahmen, Diagnosen und jegliche Arbeiten an Kunden- und eigenen Fahrzeugen \n
- Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten auf höchstem Niveau \n
Qualifications
Anforderungen:
\n- \n
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker (m/w/d) \n
- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche \n
- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Umgang mit EV-Systemen \n
- Weiterbildung als KFZ-Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) ist ein Bonus \n
- Jegliche Fortbildung im Automobilbereich ist ein Bonus \n
- Besitz einer gültigen EU-Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B/BE) \n
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem Start-up ist ein Bonus \n
- Reisebereitschaft, wenn erforderlich \n
- Kenntnisse über EV-Antriebsstränge und HV-Systeme \n
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Diagnose \n
- Schriftliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch \n
- Starke Organisationsfähigkeiten mit Liebe zum Detail \n
