Role Summary
As a Staff Solutions Architect & Lead within ServiceNow you will implement ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on ServiceNow best practices while maintaining out of the box (OOTB) upgradeability.
Responsibilities

- Implement ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on ServiceNow best practices while maintaining out of the box (OOTB) upgradeability \n
- Partner cross functionally with other business application owners to ensure our business automation and data management processes are smooth and well connected \n
- Serve as a lead subject matter expert and champion in driving the industry best practices for evolution of the company’s ServiceNow instance and integrated tools \n
- Provide input into the IT Roadmap, including the ServiceNow rollout, implementation of new modules, and major upgrades \n
- Lead discussions and investigations regarding new ServiceNow features and functionality, contribute to recommendations for process improvements and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements \n
- Lead ServiceNow platform upgrade, clone, and maintenance processes \n
- Responsible for designing and implementing enterprise IT projects in ServiceNow. Duties include:

- gathering requirements from business users \n
- working with technical leads to transform and develop ServiceNow solutions \n
- serve as a primary liaison between the business stakeholders and IT \n
- Manage change process for all new changes on the platform \n
- define and document user interfaces, support systems and data requirements \n
- develop functional specifications and system design specifications \n
- Maintain technical roadmap for ServiceNow at Rivian \n

Qualifications
- \n
- 4-6 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Technical solutions Architect. Strong hands-on coding skills. \n
- \nFamiliar with newer product features in ServiceNow including App Engine Studio, Git, App Engine Management Center, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- \n
- Strong ServiceNow technical breadth and depth spanning various modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB & Strategic Portfolio Management \n
- Expert level skills in JavaScript, Angular, XML, JSON & CSS \n
\n - Bachelor's degree or higher required; Advance degree in IT related field or extensive experience in ServiceNow development and Implementation \n
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator \n
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer \n
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $162,000 - $186,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
