    Role Summary

    The Senior Benefits Coordinator will assist with the administration of our global benefits programs. This role will work closely with the benefits and wellness team, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience across Rivian. 


    Responsibilities

      \n
    • Be a resource to all Rivian employees by timely responding to questions and inquiries to the general benefits mailbox, Service Now platform, and/or direct to appropriate team members
    • \n
    • Perform all benefits administration including but not limited to; enrollments, reporting, and claims resolution
    • \n
    • Process and maintain benefits related items in Workday
    • \n
    • Responsible for the data integrity of company personnel and benefits records
    • \n
    • Manage Qualified Medical Support Court Order process, including enrolling eligible dependents and communication to government agencies as needed
    • \n
    • Escalate issues as needed through close partnership with third party vendors
    • \n
    • Confirm/reconcile benefits enrollments to payroll deductions and third-party eligibility information as needed
    • \n
    • Participate in the Benefit enrollment process for all new hires and life events, including new hire benefits presentation facilitation
    • \n
    • Participate in a successful annual Open Enrollment by supporting development of communication plans and system testing
    • \n

    Qualifications

      \n
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience with benefit administration in a rapid growth environment
    • \n
    • Experience administering US benefit and leave programs preferred
    • \n
    • Experience administering benefits through Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other HRIS platform preferred
    • \n
    • Proficient PC skills including proficient at an intermediate to advance level in Excel, Word and Outlook, with high attention to detail
    • \n
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills, presentation experience, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively across and at all levels of the organization
    • \n

    The Senior Benefits Coordinator will assist with the administration of our global benefits programs. This role will work closely with the benefits and wellness team, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience across Rivian. 


    Responsibilities

    • Be a resource to all Rivian employees by timely responding to questions and inquiries to the general benefits mailbox, Service Now platform, and/or direct to appropriate team members
    • Perform all benefits administration including but not limited to; enrollments, reporting, and claims resolution
    • Process and maintain benefits related items in Workday
    • Responsible for the data integrity of company personnel and benefits records
    • Manage Qualified Medical Support Court Order process, including enrolling eligible dependents and communication to government agencies as needed
    • Escalate issues as needed through close partnership with third party vendors
    • Confirm/reconcile benefits enrollments to payroll deductions and third-party eligibility information as needed
    • Participate in the Benefit enrollment process for all new hires and life events, including new hire benefits presentation facilitation
    • Participate in a successful annual Open Enrollment by supporting development of communication plans and system testing

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience with benefit administration in a rapid growth environment
    • Experience administering US benefit and leave programs preferred
    • Experience administering benefits through Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other HRIS platform preferred
    • Proficient PC skills including proficient at an intermediate to advance level in Excel, Word and Outlook, with high attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills, presentation experience, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively across and at all levels of the organization
