Role Summary
Rivian is expanding our People Shared Services function and are looking for a Sr. People Operations Partner to help streamline our processes and ensure our programs are being delivered effectively. This role will specifically be focused on the delivery of our Compensation programs and will work closely with our Compensation team and People Operations teams to drive efficiencies and help us scale for the future.
Responsibilities

- \nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining end-to-end processes and enhancing efficiency. Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize compensation operations. \n
- \nCommunication and Training: Support the development and delivery of communication materials and training sessions on compensation-related topics for employees and managers. Serve as an escalation point for Guidepost cases and respond in a timely manner. \n
- \nCompensation Review Cycles: Support annual salary review and bonus cycles in as needed. Prepare the shared services team to provide the necessary support, provide audit support, as well as training and communication materials. \n
- \nCompliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with compensation policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits related to compensation data and practices. \n
- \nCompensation Reporting: Generate and update compensation reports and dashboards to provide insights to Compensation Team & HR leaders. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed for management decision-making. \n
- \nJob Catalogue Management: Collaborate with the Compensation team to maintain an accurate job catalogue and evaluate job roles for appropriate compensation plan assignments. \n
Qualifications
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field \n
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and influencing without direct authority \n
- Proficiency in using HRIS and compensation software (Workday) to manage data and perform analyses. \n
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements. \n
