Role Summary
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily preparation and planning of outbound service parts shipments. Must provide excellent communication practices along with cross function collaboration. This role will require strong organizational skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment daily.
Responsibilities

- Provide a safe and clean working environment \n
- Fulfill all service parts requests from the Normal Plant with accuracy and quality \n
- Manage inbound and outbound shipment exceptions (ex. Incorrect quantities, damaged materials, etc.) \n
- Schedule outbound shipments with contracted carriers via SAP \n
- Track all shipments to ensure customer delivery is met \n
- Identify best practices, process changes, operational issues/concerns, and general improvement opportunities \n
- Verify adherence to Dangerous Goods handling and shipping requirements \n
- Utilize SAP EWM to manage goods receipt and goods issue activities \n
- Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) materials in a timely manner \n
- Maintain standard work documentation \n
- Perform 5 Why analysis on process gaps to identify corrective actions \n
- Work with Supplier Management teams to provide feedback on supplier performance \n
- Collaborate with customers to ensure service requirements are being met \n
- Coordinate with cross functional team within the Normal Plant \n
- Repackage materials to meet the distribution requirements for Service Parts \n
- Operate several types of powered equipment (forklift, stock chaser, etc.) \n
- Load and unload delivery vehicles \n
Qualifications
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics related roles \n
- High School Diploma or GED \n
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods shipping requirements with preferred Dangerous Goods certification \n
- Working knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint \n
- Strong collaborator, with willingness to drive change cross functionally \n
- SAP WM or EWM experience (a plus) \n
- Strong organizational skills \n
- Previous forklift experience \n
- Ability to operate lift assist crane \n
- Required to lift material up to 50 lbs. \n
- The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl \n
- Understanding and compliant to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines \n
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day \n
- Ability to view, read, and interpret documents, safety rules, and standard operating procedures \n
- Ability to work from 9am until 5:30pm \n
- Ability to work Saturday’s as needed \n
