Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager, Supply Chain to oversee and execute supply chain projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project management, supplier quality and logistics. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving the successful implementation of supply chain initiatives. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to optimize our supply chain processes and contribute to the company's overall success.
Responsibilities

- Data management, analysis and reporting within a wide range of supply chain applications, centering on the Vehicle Bill of Material and associated supplier quality KPIs \n
- Work alongside supplier development engineers, design engineering, design quality, purchasing and others to lead completion of supplier development deliverables like supplier audits, APQP, tooling maturity, inspection reports and PPAP. \n
- Review and track progress of non conformances with supplier development teams \n
- Ensure maturity and maintenance of supplier quality KPI dashboards to highlight and execute business needs. \n
- Manage short-term projects, ad-hoc requests and various tasks in support of business needs on an as-needed basis. \n
Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field \n
- 2+ years of Supply Chain project/program experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry \n
- 1+ year of Supplier Quality experience \n
- 2+ years of MS Office \n
- Familiarity with data visualization and consumption tools including Tableau and Power BI. \n
- Advanced Excel capabilities with knowledge on constructing pivot tables, charts, and formulas. \n
- Comfortable building data visuals to communicate clear and concise messaging to senior and executive level audiences. \n
- Familiarity with data pipeline technologies and database query languages such as SQL. \n
