Role Summary
Rivian Service Support is seeking a Program Manager, Service Support Field Operations that will help forward the goals of the broader team. As the Program Manager, you will help develop scalable processes and procedures for our Service Support Field Operations team. This role will require exceptional cross-functional interaction, a dynamic and resourceful leader with sharp attention to detail, and experience in taking both an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving. Additionally, this Project Manager must be flexible, dependable, organized, proactive in initiating continuous improvement, and prioritize strategically. This role will require creativity, superb verbal and written communication skills, and will focus on creating processes and procedures in a scalable manner for our Service customers using a quantitative and qualitative approach.
Responsibilities

- \nCreate, document, and maintain field operations project roadmaps and track execution \n \n
- \nBecome a subject matter expert on Rivian systems/tools and identify opportunities that could improve the flow \n \n
- \nIdentify the need for, create, and implement policies related to Service Support Field Operations with alignment and support from internal stakeholders \n \n
- \nSupport Director, Service Support Operations with all aspects of Rivian Service Support Field Operations program \n \n
- \nEnsure that the center is built to scale and enables the best service experience for our customers \n \n
- \nWorking with the Service Support Field Operations management team, defining program requirements, and using data-driven insights to determine improvements, priority, and paths forward \n
Qualifications

- \n3+ years of experience in Program/Project Management \n \n
- \nBachelors degree required \n \n
- \n
- \nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Excel \n \n
- \nPrevious experience working with field operations is a plus \n \n
- \nTo be a dynamic and resourceful leader with sharp attention to detail, and experience in taking an analytical approach to problem-solving \n \n
- \nTo be flexible, dependable, organized, proactive in initiating continuous improvement, and have the ability to prioritize strategically \n \n
- \nAbility to expertly document, track, and report on program status \n \n
- \n
- \nAbility to deliver updates with exceptional business acumen \n \n
- \nSelf-starter with the ability to solve challenging problems with minimal guidance \n \n
- \nAbility to work independently with limited general supervision and prioritize competing demands \n \n
- \nPassion for working in a complex, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine key operational processes \n \n
- \nProven track record of executing multiple complex projects simultaneously from start to finish \n \n

- \nStrong communication skills – clear, precise, and to the point with an ability to speak clearly. Listens and asks for clarification as needed, responds well to questions \n \n
- \nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time \n \n
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: [ $96,000 - $111,000 ] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
\nBenefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
