Role Summary
Responsible for program management and execution of the Global Outbound Distribution Strategy for Service Parts and Accessories. This will include alignment of outbound service levels with operations and business stakeholders, the ability to structure programs, detailed program reporting, collaboration across functions, and ability to deliver to timelines to meet the overall Service Parts Strategy.

- Coordinate across logistics, packaging, service parts, and business units to ensure readiness for Distribution Launches; utilizing robust project management tools and providing visibility to critical path and readiness to the business \n
- Drive development and execution of the outbound distribution network to meet service levels through innovative and optimized solutions \n
- Interact with the charging, accessories, service centers, and mobile service teams to ensure alignment on expectations and service level agreements \n
- Collaborate to build strategic roadmap for outbound distribution of service parts and accessories from order to delivery \n
- Analyze performance of the outbound network in comparison to the published Service Level Agreements \n
- Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian’s objectives and timelines \n
Qualifications
- \n
- 3+ years' experience in project/program management in logistics or supply chain function \n
- Understanding of supply chain cost trade-offs between transport cost, inventory, and service \n
- Experience driving complex supply chain programs striving to keep within budget and timeline \n
- Familiarity with outbound service parts distribution models and bill of distribution creation \n
- Understanding of order management to delivery process within a fulfillment supply chain \n
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines \n
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion \n
- Good project management skills and ability to work within guidelines, JIRA or Smartsheet a plus \n
- Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills \n
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook \n
- Able to work efficiently under high amount of work/stress. \n
- Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously \n
- Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners. \n
- Occasional Travel \n
- Ability to sit or stand for 8-12 hours per day \n
- Required to communicate using telephone and/or email \n
- Ability to view, read, and interpret documents \n
- Ability to perform all duties in an office environment that may contain ambient noise and temperature fluctuations \n
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $121,000 to $139,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
