Role Summary
You will have the opportunnity to be responsible for the performance dashboard reporting in Tableau for Customer Analytics practice. You’ll work with Customer Experience leaders to define business questions, integrate data sources across the customer eco-system to provide a holistic view of impact of Customer Experience teams on customer behavior. This role will lead building and enhancing Tableau dashboard reporting and elevate Customer Experience trends that will drive continued business impact.

- Lead the development of analytics Tableau performance dashboard reporting \n
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Tableau performance dashboard reporting \n
- Connect the dots across data sources within Redshift \n
- Manage analytics dashboard builds from design to enhancements \n
- Partner with team leads to supply performance dashboard reporting that elevate insights to support business decision making \n
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to iterate dashboards \n
- Communicate with team members on scheduled deliverables and support ad-hoc requests \n
Qualifications
- \n
- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics, or other related function \n
- Advanced to expert level use of Tableau, Certification is a plus, to build Tableau visualization dashboards \n
- Experience using statistical languages (SLQ) to consuming and manipulate data from data warehouse environments (Redshift) \n
- Familiarity with SalesForce data a plus \n
- Experience in structuring, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets \n
- Aesthetic judgement for the visual communication of quantitative information \n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven production environment \n
