Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM Operations Lead to join our organization. As the IAM Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our identity and access management systems and processes. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of our IAM operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- IAM System Management:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the IAM system, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests. \n
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IAM systems. \n
- Implement and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and configurations. \n
- DevOps Integration:
- \n
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions into the development and deployment pipeline. \n
- Automate IAM-related processes for faster and more efficient deployment. \n
- Security Analysis:
- \n
- Conduct regular security assessments and analysis of IAM systems and configurations. \n
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements. \n
- Respond to security incidents related to IAM promptly. \n
- Process Automation:
- \n
- Identify opportunities for process automation within IAM operations. \n
- Implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline tasks and improve efficiency. \n
- Deployment Management:
- \n
- Oversee the deployment of IAM updates, patches, and enhancements. \n
- Ensure seamless deployment processes with minimal disruption to operations. \n
- Access Governance:
- \n
- Define and manage access roles, entitlements, and permissions. \n
- Conduct access reviews and certifications to ensure appropriate access levels for users. \n
- Implement and maintain access governance processes. \n
- Documentation and Reporting:
- \n
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and configurations. \n
- Generate regular reports on IAM operations, security, compliance, and automation. \n
Qualifications
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security). \n
- Proven experience (8 years) in IAM operations, with a track record of success in managing IAM systems and cross-functional teams. \n
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, including identity lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access control. \n
- Familiarity with IAM standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). \n
- Experience in DevOps practices, security analysis, process automation, and deployment. \n
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus. \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. \n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. \n
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $168,000 - $193,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
