    \n

As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

    Role Summary

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role serving as a compensation expert supporting company-wide compensation programs and providing data-driven analyses and recommendations. We are looking for a resourceful critical thinker with a passion for process improvement and great attention to detail.

    \n

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to develop, support, and administer compensations programs that support and drive the company’s business strategy. In addition, you will support key annual compensation processes, compensation systems and tools infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

      \n
    • Work with cross-functional partners to refine compensation processes, leveraging best practices and operational efficiencies.
    • \n
    • Build models and conduct analyses supporting compensation programs, special projects, and annual budgeting processes.
    • \n
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to identify key trends and develop recommendations for improvements to programs, salary structures, or bonus targets, where appropriate.
    • \n
    • Serve as trusted point of contact for partnership with People Operations and Shared Services organization.
    • \n
    • Design and develop sales incentive plan aligned with company strategy and goals, in close collaboration with Sales and Total Rewards leadership.
    • \n
    • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to complete requested role evaluations, review offer exception requests, and provide recommendations for compensation-related decisions.
    • \n
    • Manage benchmark survey participation.
    • \n

    Qualifications

      \n
    • 4+ years of prior work experience in compensation, including support of salary planning processes and incentive program design.
    • \n
    • Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to clearly communicate results to audiences across the organization.
    • \n
    • Familiarity with core compensation concepts, principles, and practices, including broad-based cash compensation, bonus, equity, and sales incentive plans.
    • \n
    • Demonstrated experience of streamlining existing processes and driving continuous improvement.
    • \n
