Role Summary
Rivian Roadside Assistance is seeking a Lead Roadside Account Manager to oversee the Rivian Roadside Network from identification to onboarding to coaching and continuous learning exercises while keeping owner safety and satisfaction at the heart of Roadside.This role will be responsible for maintenance of existing network, and growth of the network as necessary over time. In this role you will partner closely with Roadside Partners & Vendors, Service Support, Service Field, and Service Partnerships.
\nThese partnerships will enable you to quickly identify hot spots and opportunities within the Rivian Provider Network.The objective is that you become the subject matter expert on nuances within your regions and establish partnerships with providers who resonate with the Rivian core values.You will be required to travel 3-4 times quarterly to areas of impact/centers of gravity including but not limited to Plymouth, MI - Irvine, CA - Palo Alto, CA - Normal, IL - Tow Show Locations/Roadside Hot Spots
Responsibilities

- Oversight of the Rivian Provider Network and market nuances within their assigned region \n
- Identification, Training, Onboarding, and Coaching of reputable providers within their assigned region \n
- Identify and document the nuances of your region (restricted roadways, DOT regulations, etc.) \n
- Meet established KPIs and ensure providers are meeting their SLAs \n
- Manage invoicing and auditing by region \n
- Support special programs identified by the Roadside team \n
Qualifications
- \n
- + years of experience in roadside or network management \n
- Experience in training, onboarding, and coaching people or teams \n
- Strong relationship building, and collaboration skills \n
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times per quarter to lead hands on training, networking etc. \n
- Adaptable to changing schedules and on-call escalations \n
- To be flexible, dependable, organized, proactive in executing continuous improvement with the ability to prioritize strategically \n
- Strong communication skills – clear, precise, and to the point with an ability to speak clearly. Listens and asks for clarification as needed, responds well to questions \n
- Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and prioritize competing demands \n
