Role Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will create new CRM functionality and streamline business processes, leveraging expert knowledge of Salesforce and integrations. You'll propose comprehensive solutions, foster positive relationships with various departments, and provide ongoing issue resolution and training support. With deep expertise in Salesforce programming languages and the platform's security model, along with extensive data migration experience, you'll drive the company's technological advancement. Additionally, hands-on experience in Customer Service, E-commerce, Marketing Automation, or Dealer Management Systems, along with relevant certifications, will be integral to your success.

Qualifications
- \n
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related subject required \n
- Possess an expert level of knowledge of a CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality and integrations to external systems \n
- Deep knowledge and experience (4+ years) with Salesforce’s suite of products across all SDLC phases \n
- Expertise in Salesforce core programing languages (Apex, LightningWebComponents, SOQL, RestAPIs) \n
- Experience with Security Model in Salesforce \n
- Thorough understanding of SaaS data models, design considerations, and connected web services \n
- Experience with Data Migration in Salesforce \n
- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on \n
- Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator \n
- Hands on Experience with Customer Service, Ecommerce, Marketing Automation or Dealer Management Systems \n
- 5+ years of technical experience with Salesforce development and architecture \n
- Experience maintaining Salesforce.com in a complex environment \n
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud certification \n
