Role Summary
As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting other IT Project Managers with organizing and managing all aspects of a project, in accordance with the processes, procedures, and governance set by the IT PMO. You will act as a liaison between Infrastructure teams, Business Operations, and project managers for seamless communication. This position is located in our Belgrade, Serbia office and reports directly to our Manager, IT Infrastructure
Responsibilities

- Assist Infrastructure project managers with organizing and managing all aspects of a project, in accordance with the processes, procedures, and governance set by the IT PMO \n
- Maintain project and architecture documentation in the PMO centrally managed location \n
- Assist project managers and Infrastructure leadership with forecasting and tracking project budgets \n
- Support vendor relationships and procurement activities for projects, across the lifecycle of a Purchase Order in Coupa, including requesting quotes, submiting purchase requisitions tracking purchase orders, and receiving items in the system once procured \n
- Serve as a liaison between various Infrastructure teams, the Infrastructure Business Operations team, and Infrastructure project managers to ensure day-to-day needs are met \n
- Provide administrative support to project managers and business leaders when requested, including creating reports or presentations \n
- Provide logistical support as it relates to onboarding, facility changes, and project coordination \n
- Review and maintain department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures \n
- Serve as a key resource on team projects as needed \n
- Identify system access inconsistencies and provide resolution \n
Qualifications
- \n
- You possess 1-2+ years of experience in a project support role within an active IT organization \n
- You have experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets or similar \n
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) \n
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral \n
- Project management skills – managing project schedules, risk tracking, resource management, communication \n
- You are curious, accountable, and highly organized \n
- You are a constant learner, applying current project management best practices in your work. \n
- You value soft skills and are passionate, enterprising, thoughtful, and self-motivated. \n
- You drive work to completion. \n
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, taking on new job duties when necessary \n
- Preferred: Strong experience creating and building reports \n
