    Role Summary

    The Incident, Problem, and Change Management Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the incident, problem, and change management processes within the IT department of an automotive company. This role involves ensuring the efficient resolution of IT incidents, identifying and addressing underlying problems, and facilitating controlled changes to IT systems and infrastructure. The position requires a deep understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and excellent leadership and communication skills.


    Responsibilities

    1. Problem Management:
    - Identify recurring or systemic issues that contribute to incidents.
    - Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying problems.
    - Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address problems.
    - Work with other teams to ensure long-term solutions are applied.
    2. Change Management:
    - Evaluate and assess proposed changes to IT systems and infrastructure.
    - Create and maintain a change calendar to plan and schedule changes.
    - Review change requests for completeness and adherence to policies.
    - Coordinate and communicate change implementation plans.
    - Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of changes.
    3. Process Improvement:
    - Continuously review and enhance the incident, problem, and change management processes.
    - Develop and maintain process documentation and guidelines.
    - Train and educate IT staff and stakeholders on best practices.
    4. Communication and Reporting:
    - Regularly update management and stakeholders on incident, problem, and change manage


    Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
    - ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management certification.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT incident, problem, and change management.
    - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and automotive industry technology.
    - Proficiency in incident tracking and management tools.
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
    - Knowledge of automotive industry-specific IT requirements is a plus.

    Role Summary

    The Incident, Problem, and Change Management Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the incident, problem, and change management processes within the IT department of an automotive company. This role involves ensuring the efficient resolution of IT incidents, identifying and addressing underlying problems, and facilitating controlled changes to IT systems and infrastructure. The position requires a deep understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and excellent leadership and communication skills.


    Responsibilities

    1. Problem Management:
    - Identify recurring or systemic issues that contribute to incidents.
    - Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying problems.
    - Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address problems.
    - Work with other teams to ensure long-term solutions are applied.
    2. Change Management:
    - Evaluate and assess proposed changes to IT systems and infrastructure.
    - Create and maintain a change calendar to plan and schedule changes.
    - Review change requests for completeness and adherence to policies.
    - Coordinate and communicate change implementation plans.
    - Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of changes.
    3. Process Improvement:
    - Continuously review and enhance the incident, problem, and change management processes.
    - Develop and maintain process documentation and guidelines.
    - Train and educate IT staff and stakeholders on best practices.
    4. Communication and Reporting:
    - Regularly update management and stakeholders on incident, problem, and change manage


    Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
    - ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management certification.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT incident, problem, and change management.
    - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and automotive industry technology.
    - Proficiency in incident tracking and management tools.
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
    - Knowledge of automotive industry-specific IT requirements is a plus.
