Role Summary
In this position, you will be providing ServiceNow QA support working closely with the Product owner, Scrum Master, and Business Systems Analysts to improve enterprise capabilities in Rivian’s Service Management space. You will be one of the QA specialists who will drive test scripts creation, execution and result recording. This position will be part of a growing IT team working on multiple information systems in a high demand setting.
Responsibilities

- The QA Testing Analyst participates in executing the tasks and activities of the broader ServiceNow team. \n
- This position collaborates with the Business Service Analysts (BSA) and Development teams in the analysis and review of requirements. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. \n
- Execute test cases manually and using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ServiceNow \n
- Actively participate in the review of design specifications \n
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts mapped to requirements, workflow, and system design documents to ensure proper coverage.Conduct testing using manual and/or automated test processes. \n
- Execute test scripts, communicate, and record results.May run database queries to supply data validation within test scripts. \n
- Work with colleagues and Project/program managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions. \n
- Provide daily status updates. \n
- Update test cases based upon approved change requests. \n
- Work with BSAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage \n
- Perform other duties as assigned. \n
Qualifications
- \n
- Bachelor's degree or higher required; Advance degree in IT related field or extensive experience in ServiceNow development and Implementation \n
- Extensive testing experience (3+ years) on ServiceNow platform \n
- Experience of testing the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management and Employee Center. \n
- Experience in Testing 2-5 ServiceNow implementations including during an upgrade. \n
- Experience testing in an iterative, continuous integration environment. \n
- Experience in running automation test cases using ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) \n
- At least 1 year of experience working in an agile development environment (i. e., scrum, kanban, etc.) \n
- Experience in functional testing, Integration testing & UAT testin \n
