There is a massive change happening across industrial Transportation. Globally there is a rapid shift to new electrified platforms to meet the demands of their end users looking to reduce carbon emissions and create entirely new product types. Our Turntide for Electrification solutions help ease the customer journey and accelerate their transition.
We are hiring for an Electrical Machines Design Engineer to drive forward the development of our range of axial flux motors, as well as support current machine design optimisation.
The role is based at our site in Gateshead and reports into the Thermofluids and eMag Engineering Lead.
In this role the Electrical Machine Design Engineer will be responsible for the following:

A degree or equivalent in the following discipline is required: Electrical Engineering (Minimum 2:2).
A Masters or PhD in a relevant discipline is also desirable.
Relevant experience could also be considered.
