Working across Hydrogen, Propulsion and Integration divisions, they solve technical problems and help decarbonize aviation by finding solutions for electric propulsion, hydrogen storage, fuel cell technology, power distribution, thermal management and more.

Located just outside the historic market town of Cirencester, you’ll experience a workspace built by engineers for engineers. This is a high-velocity and fast-paced environment with good links to the M4 and M5, so it’s fitting that it’s also our UK Head Office.
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite ERP Technical Solution Lead to lead the technical implementation, customization, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a strong technical background in NetSuite customization, integration, and development, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities and limitations, as well as experience in managing complex technical projects.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the technical aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation and customization projects.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for NetSuite development.
System Customization and Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Create and manage workflows, scripts, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
Integration and API Management:
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using NetSuite APIs.
- Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across integrated systems.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for NetSuite projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
- Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, integrations, and technical configurations.
- Develop and implement knowledge management processes to ensure continuity and scalability.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite developers and technical specialists.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in NetSuite customization tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite APIs.
Domain Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management).
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld Edition is preferred.
Leadership and Communication:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications:
- Preferred certifications include SuiteFoundation, Application Developer, Web Services Developer, and ERP Consultant certifications.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in NetSuite development and customization.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams.
